These terms apply to your use of the Nova website and to requesting access to the Nova private preview. By using the site, you agree to them.

They cover the website. Separate terms will accompany the Nova application when it becomes generally available.

This site describes Nova, a desktop application in development, and lets you ask for a place in its private preview. It is informational.

Nova is early software. Pages describing what it can do are marked with an honest status — in preview, in development, planned, or future vision. Statements about future capability are intentions, not promises, and what ships may differ.

Requesting access places you on a list. It is not a purchase, and it does not guarantee access.

• The preview is invitation-only, and we admit people in small groups.
• We cannot promise a date, or that every request will be accepted.
• We may pause, change, or close the preview programme at any time. Nothing is charged for it.

Please use an email address you control, and do not submit someone else’s.

When using this site, please do not:

• attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure;
• submit automated, bulk, or fraudulent access requests;
• scrape or republish the site’s content as your own;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may block access that does any of the above.

The content of this site — its text, design, diagrams, and the Nova name and marks — belongs to Nova and its licensors. You may quote or link to it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, or present it as your own.

Third-party names mentioned on the site (operating systems, applications, and services) belong to their respective owners, and mentioning them does not imply any partnership or endorsement.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect (an email address, and optionally which platform you would run Nova on), why, and how to have it removed. It forms part of these terms.

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, move, or remove pages as the product develops — including capability descriptions and roadmap items — without notice.

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about it — including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current. Descriptions of software still in development are necessarily forward-looking.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Where we link to other websites, we do so for reference. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nova is established, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms as Nova develops. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
